Author Talk: The Coffee Spot

I had a blast at my recent author talk hosted by The Coffee Spot in my hometown, Simsbury, Connecticut. The Coffee Spot is located in a historic house right in the center of Simsbury's vibrant downtown Hopmeadow area. After we settled down with delicious artisan drinks and snacks (all fresh baked on the premises - yum!) I talked a little about how the book came to be and showed off some of my favorite photographs. We were even joined by a few of our featured athletes: Bob Caruso, and Joan Navin and Sally Hulbert, two of our fan-favorite "Ladies in their 80s".
