The weight training routines she has developed specifically for me have given me the guidance and confidence needed for my workouts in the gym or at home. I know that I am following proven methods for my workouts, I will avoid injury and have better results because of her guidance. Lauren modifies my training routines to add variety and to incorporate a well rounded regimen. The occasional addition of self defense training and incorporating yoga practice, as different as those two additions may seem, are particularly suited to my temperament and goals.
