Meet Lauren

Hi I'm Lauren,

Fitness is my passion and I want to share my knowledge and love of fitness with you.


I graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a B.S. In Corporate Fitness.


For the past 32 years I have trained hundreds of clients ranging in ages from 8 to 96.


To help meet the varied needs of my customers I have been certified in kickboxing, stability ball training, resistance band exercise, group fitness, senior fitness, and yoga for all ages.


I grew up training with my grandfather, an amazing athlete with an incredible physique. He taught me the value of building a strong foundation using a program combining weights, various aerobic activities, balance, stretching, and racket sports to improve speed and coordination. I have taken the principles I learned training with him and become a highly competitive Sprint Triathlete, Runner, and Duathlete. I know the commitment it takes to be fit. I also understand that most of us just want to look and feel better so the programs provided by North Forty Fitness require minimal investment in time and equipment, and can be done in your home at a time convenient for you!
